Property Loss Prevention and Recovery: Practical Risk Management for SARC Members
Property losses can happen quickly, but the steps an organization takes before and immediately following a loss can have a significant impact on the extent of damage and the recovery process.
Join Lydale Property Restoration, an experienced Saskatchewan restoration and construction company, for a practical discussion on property loss prevention, emergency response, and recovery. Drawing on their experience responding to property losses throughout the province, Lydale will share practical strategies organizations can use to help protect their buildings and respond effectively when a loss occurs.
The session will explore common property risks facing Saskatchewan organizations, including water damage, fire, winter freeze-ups, snow and ice, roof snow loading, ice damming, and spring flooding. Participants will learn about preventative measures that can help reduce the likelihood or severity of a loss, as well as important steps to take immediately following an incident to protect the property and prevent further damage.
Lydale will also discuss what organizations can expect during the restoration process and how being prepared can help them navigate a property loss more effectively and get their operations back up and running as quickly as possible. The session will conclude with an opportunity for participants to ask questions.
