The Canadian Government and the Government of Saskatchewan have numerous programs and systems in place to provide assistance to people experiencing disability. There are a wide range of programs available that focus on education, income assistance, employment training, housing, etc.  In addition, the Government of Saskatchewan has developed a Disability Strategy that will provide the vision to improve disability programs and services to meet Government’s goal of making Saskatchewan the best place in Canada to live for persons with disabilities.
