There are a variety of educational and training opportunities available for Front-line staff to further advance their disability sector knowledge and skill set. SARC offers a program specifically tailored to Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) called Basic Skills Training, which has three credit equivalencies toward Saskatchewan Polytechnic’s Disability Support Worker Certificate Program.  Within SARC Learning Central you can access information regarding all of the training opportunities available – Med Assist, Positive Behaviour Supports, and Leap (management skills development program), to name a few.
