Corinne Sonntag, Manager of
 Education and Training with

After graduating from the University of Saskatchewan with a Bachelor of Arts degree, Corinne began her profession in the nonprofit sector and has spent her entire 25 year career in the field, in a variety of roles from front-line to management. She has also had the opportunity to serve on a number of Boards of Directors and strongly believes in the value of volunteering within one’s community. These diverse experiences have shaped her perspectives and passion for the Disability Services Sector and drive her in her role of assisting individuals and organizations to recognize and reach their full potential.

Corinne has worked at SARC since 2011, and as the Manager of Education and Training has been involved in developing and facilitating numerous leadership and governance programs, leading strategic planning sessions, and developing a variety of operational and governance policies. She believes in the value of life-long learning and that the best way to learn is through sharing one another’s experiences, while feeling safe and having fun – never stop learning!

Corinne and her family live in Saskatoon and enjoy sports and outdoor activities.

Marrion Wolff, Labour Relations Consultant with SARC

Marrion has been the Labour Relations Consultant at SARC since 2015. Prior to that, she was the Superintendent of Human Resources with a rural school division for more than 20 years. She received an MBA from Royal Roads University, a Certificate in Industrial Relations from Queen’s University, and holds a Chartered Professional in Human Resources (CPHR) designation.

Marrion supports SARC Member Agencies (unionized and non-unionized) with a variety of employee/labour relations issues, including progressive discipline, performance management, grievances, collective bargaining, and employment legislation. She is also experienced in facilitating a variety of labour relations sessions.

Marrion lives in Watrous with her husband and enjoys hiking and travelling. She has three grown sons, one daughter who still lives at home, and two wonderful grandchildren.

Marrion facilitates the Employee & Labour Relations Basics, Employee Accountability, and Legislation Impacting the Employment Relationship sessions.


Leanne Zacharias, Human Resources Consultant with SARC

Leanne has been working with SARC Member Agencies for over six years to improve and enhance their HR practices. She holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree specializing in Human Resources Management from the Edwards School of Business at the University of Saskatchewan, and since graduating, has worked in HR in the health, gaming, and nonprofit sectors.

Leanne has a Chartered Professional in Human Resources (CPHR) designation.  She is passionate about leadership development, the power of community, and helping people and workplaces be the best they can be. Leanne has facilitated a variety of HR training sessions in the areas of essential skills, team building, recruitment and retention, and employee engagement.

Leanne and her husband live in Saskatoon with their young daughter.

Leanne facilitates the Recruitment and Retention and Fostering an Effective Team sessions.


Sean Homenick, Manager of Communications and Culture with SARC/SARCAN Recycling

Sean has worked in the nonprofit world for fifteen years and currently works with SARC and SARCAN Recycling as the Manager of Communications and Culture.  He received his Bachelor of Commerce from the University of Saskatchewan with a specialization in Marketing and Management.  He has experience with designing and facilitating a variety of programs on customer service, leadership, and safety.

In his spare time he enjoys volunteering with other nonprofits to help them realize their vision for a better Saskatchewan.  Sean is proud to live in downtown Saskatoon with two exceptionally lazy greyhounds.

Sean Homenick is 6’9” in height.  He did indeed play basketball and volleyball.  Sean orders his shoes and pants online.

Sean facilitates the Branding, Promotions, and Engagement session.


Kayla Seipp, Assurance Senior Manager with MNP

Kayla Seipp, CPA, CA is an Assurance Senior Manager with MNP and provides assurance and advisory services to clients. With her extensive knowledge and background in assurance engagements, Kayla is part of a team managing audit related services in Saskatoon, including the provision of assurance learning and development activities to the NorthSask region.

Kayla has worked closely with her clients to deliver strong assurance solutions that help them meet their regulatory, governance and compliance requirements. Specializing in audit services for not-for-profit organizations, Kayla has assisted a wide range of charitable, nonprofit and First Nation organizations, as well as other private companies, by delivering relevant, reliable and independently reviewed financial information to help them make strategic decisions about the future.

Kayla obtained her Bachelor of Commerce degree with great distinction from the University of Saskatchewan in 2009, and her CA designation in 2011.  She is a member of the Institute of Chartered Professional Accountants of Saskatchewan, as well as a member of the Audit Committee of the Saskatoon Community Foundation and the Nonprofit Working Group recently established by CPA Saskatchewan. Kayla has experience facilitating a variety of financial-related courses.

Kayla facilitates the Financial Responsibilities session in Saskatoon and Melfort.


Christie DiPaola, Senior Manager with MNP

Christie is a Partner in MNP’s Regina office. As part of the firm's Assurance Services team, Christie delivers a range of audit and compliance services to nonprofit organizations, commercial businesses, and government entities in a variety of industries.  She is also called upon to facilitate internal learning and development programs relating to financial, control and audit specific technical information.

Christie is experienced with financial statement audits, internal control testing and specified auditing procedures. In addition to financial, control and auditing work, Christie is frequently called upon to support learning and development special projects and has facilitated a variety of programs over the years.

Christie facilitates the Financial Responsibilities session in Regina.
