Progressive Discipline Workshop

 

SARC Learning Central is pleased to offer a one-day workshop on progressive discipline on February 27 in Saskatoon and March 8 in Regina.

This interactive workshop will:

  • Provide nonprofit Managers with information on the elements of progressive discipline
  • Present best practices to use when conducting an investigation
  • Help Managers determine which situations call for progressive discipline, and how to effectively apply these elements

  • February 27, 2018 from 9:00 a.m. - 3:00 p.m. at the SARC Administrative Office (111 Cardinal Crescent).

Regina

  • March 8, 2018 from 9:00 a.m. - 3:00 p.m. at the Regina Travelodge Hotel (4177 Albert Street) 

Registration fees:

  • SARC Members Registration Fee $198.95
  • Other Organization Registration Fee $228.79

Marrion has been the Labour Relations Consultant at
SARC since 2015, and prior to that worked in education as a Superintendent of Human Resources for more than 20 years. She received an MBA from Royal Roads University and a Certificate in Industrial Relations from Queen’s University.

Marrion supports SARC Member Agencies (unionized and nonunionized) with a variety of employee/labour relations issues, including performance management, collective bargaining, and employment legislation.
